PREPARING NAILS1. Prep the nail and push back the cuticle. 2. Remove shine from the natural nail with a file or a drill, especially around the cuticle and edges of the nail. 3. Use brush remove dust and clean. | APPLICATION PROCESS1. Apply BASE to the entire nail. 2. Dip into desired color and tap off excess powder. Repeat steps 1 to 2. 3. Apply ACTIVATOR and air dry.
